Updated Copyright Policy

South-east European Forestry (SEEFOR) has adopted an updated copyright model to align with international open-access publishing standards.

From 2026 onwards, authors retain copyright of their published work, while granting the journal the right of first publication.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

This updated policy strengthens transparency, accessibility, and the global dissemination of research outputs, while preserving authors’ rights.
